Bedroom

Accommodates king, queen, double, 2 double or single beds. Maximum privacy accommodations for 2 people.

Condominium/Townhouse

A vacation villa designed with additional space and amenities to accommodate longer, more comfortable stays than a hotel-type property.

Dining

Varies from a small dining area for 2 to 4 people to a dining room for up to 8 people, depending upon unit size.

Full Kitchen

Includes stove/oven, sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and storage facilities.

Hotel-type Rooms

Accommodations that are in hotel properties. These hotel rooms are smaller than a typical studio unit and do not have kitchen facilities.

Living Area

Includes a sofa and entertainment center and additional seating depending upon unit size.

Maximum Occupancy

Total number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy a unit.

Mini Kitchen

May include stove top, sink, mini or slimline refrigerator, microwave and some storage.

Partial Kitchen

May include sink, mini-refrigerator and microwave. No cooking facilities.

Luxurious appointed condominium accommodations with elegant furnishings and décor, which may include large screen TV, over sized balcony, upgraded appliances.

Private

Total number of persons a unit will accommodate, based on 2 adults in a private sleeping area.
